Twomentor's Mentor Road Trip Flash Mentoring sessions offer executives the opportunity to network and share knowledge with one another. This session has been developed for professionals at the director level and above in human resources, operations, diversity, inclusion, and/or learning and developmental roles. Twomentor's CEO, Julie Kantor, and Director, MacKenzie Moore, will facilitate this session. They will help to kick-start mentoring conversations, advise on challenges that arise in mentoring relationships, and present the business case for workplace mentoring initiatives.
